Ufeq Alnoor building contracting LLC is seeking a skilled and Dubai Municipality Certified Engineer or an Engineer with 3+ years of experience in UAE to join our team in Dubai. If you have the expertise and credentials to oversee high-quality projects while ensuring compliance with local regulations, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee construction and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) standards and regulations.
* Prepare and submit necessary permits, approvals, and documentation required by the Dubai Municipality.
* Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth ex*****on of projects.
* Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Requirements:
