Our awesome Jason is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge, with a team of mates from School.
He has committed to smashing out 3,144 push-ups from 1-23 June, to represent the number of people who died by su***de in 2021. One life lost is too many.

The Push-Up Challenge aims to raise mental health awareness and contribute to interventions and prevention for depression, anxiety and su***de.

Please consider supporting this fundraising effort! All donations large and small will play an important part in changing the face of mental health in Australia.

Funds raised will go towards improving critical mental health and su***de prevention services and programs in Australia.
