Can’t wait to head over to Fabrik Arts & Heritage today to knock over my Christmas shopping list and peruse the treasures. (You might even find my wares tucked in the shop shelves alongside some very impressive works…)

Today is Market day! 11am - 9pm Lobethal.
Perfectly timed for last minute Christmas shopping. Its Lobethal’s most sparkling time of year, coinciding with the last weekend of The Lights of Lobethal Festival

We have an amazing line up of stall holders, food and drink vendors and music. Plus our talented Makers will be busy at work in their studios. Pop in and have a chat, they too have beautiful items for sale.

If you are looking for a creative stocking stuffer, a unique teacher gift or hostess thank you, or even something to keep little fingers busy at the table during a long festive gathering, these easy and fun little kits are just the thing! (Find yours in my online store via the link in my bio). Complete beginners, kids and experienced crafters alike will enjoy the soothing over-under-over-under rhythm of this easy wall hanging project. Simply use each colour in order with a ring of lovey fluff to finish off the outer edge, or get creative and randomise colours and add in asymmetrical fluffy bits wherever you like! There really is no getting it wrong, and yarn can be removed and re-woven many times to achieve a finished wall hanging you like. Each Make-your-own TIny Weave Kit comes in a gift-ready box, complete with a pre-warped round mini loom with wallhanging hardware, weaving needle, easy to follow instructions and a colour coordinated pallet of yarn. Suitable for all ages and experience levels, although those with limited fine motor skills may appreciate some assistance.

I’m gathering my wares ready for a very delightful afternoon at the Hills Twilight Market at HCCS Hills Christian Community School in Verdun this Friday.
