2 extreme enviroments Baldivis WA heavy K**e and Bakers Hill on a 5 acres rural property for fire mitigation.
Amazing cut result especially on the K**e, some of the best cutting Ive ever seen from a zero turn. Extremely comfortable to use. We did about 2 acres on a charge using its on board 6 batteries.
It took 2.5 hours to recharge,. Unlike other E Zeros the charging of the 6 batteries is done onboard.
In that time I did the brush cutting and had lunch. To then finish the property off. The new 82 volt Optimus Brush cutter simply mind blowing performance,
For a land owners this Zero Turn Mower is an impressive option at $18,500 Petrol equivalent would be $15,000.
For a contractor you can jump into the commercial Optimus model. They start at 32 inch & go to 60 inch and have larger inbuilt batteries, from 18 to 24 KWH see pictures.
The Maximus batteries charge from a standard 10 amp power outlet, they are removeable for external charger.
Minimal noise, almost no vibration, very comfortable and HEAPS of power. I ran it at 50% blade and drive speed. It did not struggle at all with constant drive speed and driving thru the grass in both locations at a fast pace the blades just didnt flinch with adaptive speed control.
