Dynaweld is on the lookout for a passionate and reliable Warehouse & Customer Service Officer to join our growing team!
We have a great opportunity for a motivated go-getter to join our newly created Brisbane team.
🔹 Location: Willawong QLD
🔹 Role: Full-time position
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Opening & closing the branch. Working hours are 7:30am - 4pm.
- Picking & Packing orders – this involves printing picking slips and using a scanner to pick.
- Using a Walkie Stacker to lift, move and stack pallets.
- Store products safely and in designated locations.
- Receive, inspect and process incoming stock and materials.
- Check deliveries against purchase orders and internal transfers.
- Conduct regular stocktakes and cycle counts.
- Answering the phone, responding to sales team requests and handling customer enquiries.
- Enter customer orders and process invoices.
- Generate courier consignments using Freight Management software.
- Attend to customer pick ups and walk-ins.
- Maintain a clean, organised and compliant stores area, completing Warehouse Inspections as required.
