Career Opportunity | Assistant Manager â Civil
Confidence Infrastructure PLC (CIPLC) is seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join our Land Port Project team as Assistant Manager â Civil.
This role will be responsible for leading and coordinating civil construction activities across the assigned project, ensuring effective ex*****on in line with approved project schedules, budgets, technical specifications, quality requirements and HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities
âĸ Lead civil construction activities, including foundations, drainage, access roads, boundary walls and related infrastructure.
âĸ Plan and coordinate steel structure er****on and other site ex*****on activities.
âĸ Monitor project progress, resources, costs, quality and contractor performance.
âĸ Lead Project Engineers, Site Engineers, supervisors and contractors to ensure disciplined project ex*****on.
âĸ Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal functions including Engineering, SCM, Commercial, Finance, Planning, Quality and EHS.
âĸ Support project billing, testing, commissioning and final handover.
âĸ Identify project risks and ex*****on challenges and drive timely corrective actions.
Candidate Profile
Education: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
Experience: 6â8 years of relevant experience, including 2â3 years in EPC civil project ex*****on
Preferred Exposure: Industrial, infrastructure or energy-sector EPC projects
