Bring the outdoors in with Mood Edit 5. 🌿

Inspired by nature, our latest edit explores how colour, texture and pattern can help create welcoming hospitality interiors.

Soft greens meet terracotta and woodland browns, while blues introduce a fresh, calming contrast. From playful checkerboard floors to textile-inspired textures, these combinations offer different ways to shape spaces where guests can settle in and feel at ease.

🌍 Reducing emissions, from production to delivery.

In 2025, our greenhouse gas emissions were below our 2023 baseline by:
✔️ 6% for Scope 1 and 2
✔️ 3% for Scope 3

A welcoming hospital, designed for everyday care.

At Mälarsjukhuset in Eskilstuna, Sweden, the ambition was to move beyond the familiar image of a white, sterile hospital and create bright, welcoming spaces for patients, visitors and staff.

Designed by Carlstedts Arkitekter as part of Region Sörmland’s Hospital of the Future project, the new facilities combine a thoughtful use of colour with the practical demands of healthcare.

Across 33,000 m², Forbo flooring helps bring that vision to life. Sphera homogeneous vinyl supports clear zoning, durability and easy maintenance. Colorex provides ESD protection in technical spaces, while Surestep adds slip safety in toilets and bathrooms.

This project shows how colour and carefully selected flooring can create a welcoming atmosphere while meeting the demands of round-the-clock care.

Small actions for cleaner surroundings. 🌍💚

For World Cleanup Day, Forbo and Eurocol colleagues are rolling up their sleeves to clean up our sites and the areas around them.

Because waste doesn’t always stay where it belongs. By collecting litter, we’re helping keep materials out of the environment and taking responsibility for the places where we work and live.

Recovery isn’t only about what we do with materials. It’s also about making sure they end up where they belong.

A big thank you to everyone taking part!

They say the floor doesn’t make much of a difference…

But change the floor, and suddenly the whole room feels different. ✨
