A full flood pour to get a truly level floor. Premium was used to level out precast slabs. Will be all set for the luxury vinyl tile going down in the bar and restaurant area. 5,000 sq. ft was poured in 2 hours, with no mixing on-site on a hot summer day.

Pouring the Screed A as the final floor finish underlayment for an acoustic floor system. A builder investing upfront to ensure high quality units and to eliminate noise complaints by the owners or rental occupants. Decouple the floor from the structure, eliminate the noise transfer through vibration! Great work , combining Screed A with the MSL SonoPro acoustic mat.
