The Customer Problem:

Many Ford, Dodge, Chevy and GM dealerships need high-capacity two-post lifts for Super Dutys, HD pickups, service bodies and other heavier vehicles. Traditional high-capacity two-post lifts can have large arms and pickup geometry that make the bay less practical for smaller cars and SUVs. The result can be a valuable service bay that is primarily useful when a large truck is scheduled.

The Lift Solution:

Lead with bay utilization and revenue — not simply lift capacity. The ML220XL gives the dealership 20,000 lb of lifting capacity while its fully stowed lift pads come down to approximately 5.5 inches. That combination allows the service tech to repair a wider range of vehicles and therefore increase bay revenue.

Another great collaboration between Quantum Lift and Door Mechanix !

We completed two high-lift garage door conversions and installed two four-post hobby lifts, helping our customer make the most of their garage space. It's always rewarding to see a project come together when two teams work seamlessly toward the same goal.
