We are currently looking for a skilled, dedicated person to fill the position of John Deere Small Engine & Diesel Mechanic at our Moncton, NB location.

Purpose:
Independently performs complex diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned John Deere turf equipment. May require some direction or guidance from the Service Manager.

Responsibilities:
•Performs complex diagnostics and repairs on John Deere turf equipment
•Participates in Service EDUCATE Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge
•Performs diagnosis and repair in the field as required
•Supports customer clinics
•Maintains current knowledge of competitive products
•Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment
•Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion
•Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
•Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments
•Accounts for all time and material used in performing assigned duties

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
•1-2+ years of experience performing service repairs
•Experience with John Deere considered an asset
•Small Engine Certificate with some heavy equipment experience preferred
•Ability to perform complex repairs and maintenance using special tools and equipment following Technical Manual procedures on the machines of the Technician's specialty
•Expert knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of turf equipment
•Excellent skills in operating vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes
•Ability to use Service Advisor and basic computer functions
•Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly
•Valid driver's license and clean drivers abstract required

We are looking for a skilled, dedicated person to fill the position of Agricultural Sales Representative at our Stratford, PEI location.

Salary/Commission Range: Potential for $45,000-$95,000 (salary + commission)

Purpose:
Sells new and used Ag equipment to new and existing customers.

Responsibilities
•Represents the company for the sale of machinery to customers in a defined sales area
•Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership
•Monitors competitive activity/products and timely communicates to management, accordingly
•Maintains all customer information in assigned territory for sales management
•Knows and follows a defined sales process
•Assists with the preparation and ex*****on of customer events
•Conducts new equipment field demonstrations
•Monitors trends in customer's business activities and timely communicates to management
•Maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods
•Attends applicable sales training events/seminars

Qualifications
•1+ years equipment sales experience
•Knowledge of agricultural and turf equipment preferred
•Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
•Ability to work flexible hours
•Excellent customer relationship skills
•Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports
•High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
•Must have a valid, clean driver's license and driver's abstract

We are currently looking for a skilled, dedicated person to fill the position of Parts Manager at our Moncton, NB location.

Purpose:
Manages the Parts Department operations within the dealership. Maximizes return on investment by optimizing department's processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction is exceptional and above industry standards.

Responsibilities:
•Ensures showroom is merchandised properly; maintaining that display(s) and product(s) and product area is clean, organized and priced
•Assists in creating annual Parts Department goals and budget, in alignment with the organization's financial and operational objectives
•Accountable for financials of Parts Department.
•Ensures internal and external customer satisfaction
•Completes all ordering in a timely and cost effective manner
•Maintains an accurate and effective parts inventory control system
•Schedules all Parts Staff vacations, after hours on call schedule for all staff including self, providing a visible calendar for all Parts staff and Branch Manager
•Assists in maintaining all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working order
•Responsible for performing Annual employee reviews, recruiting, staffing and employee development activities for employees reporting to this position

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
•3+ years' experience in Parts Department Operations or equivalent experience
•Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
•Ability to understand financial principles relative to Parts Department operations
•Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports
•Comfortable working independently, as well as part of a team
•Ability to work extended hours and weekends in peak season
•Excellent customer service skills
•Valid clean Driver's License
