The new 2027 John Deere 1M 25 models are finding homes fast!

This unit is the first in Atlantic Canada equipped with a 55" Heavy Duty Commercial 3-Point Hitch Front Mount Snow Blower. Combined with the factory-installed HVAC cab, winter snow removal just became a whole lot more comfortable and efficient.

We're looking for a motivated and customer focused Parts Counter Sales Representative to join our Summerside, PEI location.

Salary range: $40,000-$55,000 annually

Purpose:
Responsible for selling, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories. In addition performs in-store customer service, overall organizational promotion, and stocking duties.

Responsibilities:
•Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs
•Records all sales and/or counter transactions that occur.
•Process all parts orders in full when parts leave with customer.
•Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required
•Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays as well as keeping parts department clean and orderly
•Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations
•Assists in working on any reports, projects or parts related duties given by Parts Manager
•Work with other departments as directed by your Parts Manager

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
•Basic data entry / keyboarding skills
•Previous parts / retail experience preferred
•Ability to use Parts Catalog computer application
•Ability to work in a team environment
•Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
•High School diploma or equivalent experience
•Forklift license preferred
•Valid Drivers License and Clean Drivers Abstract

We are currently seeking a Small Engine Service Technician (Mechanic) for our Grand Falls, NB location.

Wage Range: $18.00/hr-$26.00/hr
Hours per week: 40-44 hours

In this role, you’ll work hands on with John Deere turf and BRP (Bombardier Recreational) equipment.

Purpose:
Independently performs complex diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned John Deere & BRP equipment.

Responsibilities:
•Performs complex diagnostics and repairs on John Deere turf & BRP equipment
•Participates in Service EDUCATE Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge
•Performs diagnosis and repair in the field as required
•Supports customer clinics
•Maintains current knowledge of competitive products
•Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment
•Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion
•Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
•Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments
•Accounts for all time and material used in performing assigned duties

Qualifications:
•up to 2+ years of experience performing service repairs
•Ability to perform complex repairs and maintenance using special tools and equipment following Technical Manual procedures on the machines of the Technician's specialty
•Expert knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of turf equipment
•Excellent skills in operating vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes
•Ability to use basic computer functions
•Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly
•Small Engine Certificate with some heavy equipment experience preferred
•Valid driver's license required
