Although I’ve always enjoyed working with computers, I first became professionally involved with them in 1999. I worked as a Network Administrator at a medium-sized business in Aurora, ON, mainly providing general desktop support and maintaining their small network. Looking at the marketplace, I could see that there weren’t many reasonably priced options available for home users or businesses that
couldn’t afford a full-time IT person. So in 2002, I decided to take the skills that I had learned and bring them to the public. I am constantly improving my skills, trying to keep up with trends and new hardware and software, so that I can better serve my customers. I normally upgrade as soon as possible to the latest versions of Windows and Office, making myself familiar with them through everyday use. I’m also able to work with all age groups, from helping kids with their new devices, to assisting the elderly in learning today’s technology. PC Troubleshooting offers many advantages to its clients:
My office is wherever my client is located. This means that I am able to keep overhead costs low and thus pass along the savings. During consultations, I can recommend the best solution to fix your problem, whether it be a simple tune-up, system overhaul, or necessary upgrades. I’ll never suggest work that does not need to be done. I am constantly on the lookout for new suppliers; always looking for the best prices for my clients. My hourly rate is significantly lower than the industry standard, while offering the same or better quality service. PC Troubleshooting is dedicated to giving affordable, reliable, professional service every time.
