I am blessed with long arms that give me the ability to reach the backside of the spindles without a ladder or reaching over the railing. Painting the spindles on your staircase or porch railings are a great way to update the look without breaking the bank.

This piece was one I started some time ago, and took a while to complete because life happens 😄. I had been using chalk paint for a few different projects and found myself liking it less and less. Maybe for me, it is a texture thing, but I have never liked the feeling of chalk! I feel accomplished that I put in the time to finish this piece because I love the way it turned out!
