We were founded in Bamenda, Cameroon in 2008 by H.E Crecy Tawah, who has instilled his character in the company. Now a retired diplomat he spent his life in civil service working to improve the lives of his fellow citizens. Throughout this illustrious 30 year career he was fortunate to interact and pick the brains of some very prominent and successful businessmen in Europe, America and Africa. He used this knowledge to cultivate local ingenuity by helping numerous local businesses set up shop. Upon retirement he has taken a more hands on approach, hence the foundation of Aurora. In line with our founder’s attributes of hard work, achievement and service to society, Aurora strives to do its part to help the progression of society with its quality products and ethical standard. The production system consists of workers and machines. The products are molded manually or mechanically then they are naturally dried. The Clay products are then fired in an oven at temperatures up to 850 degrees centigrade.
