一、水泥产量2026年1-8月，全国水泥产量9.89亿吨，同比下降9.0%。8月份，全国单月水泥产量1.29亿吨，同比下降11.7%。
I. Cement Production
From January to August 2026, China's cement output totaled 989 million tons, down 9.0% YoY. In August alone, cement output reached 129 million tons, down 11.7% YoY.

二、固定资产投资2026年1-8月，全国固定资产投资（不含农户）293092亿元，同比下降7.2%（按可比口径计算）。其中，知识产权产品投资同比增长9.2%。
II. Fixed-Asset Investment (FAI)
From January to August 2026, China's fixed-asset investment (excluding rural households) amounted to RMB 29.31 trillion, down 7.2% YoY (on a comparable basis). Investment in intellectual property products grew 9.2% YoY.

三、房地产开发投资完成情况2026年1-8月，全国房地产开发投资47979亿元，同比下降19.9%（按可比口径计算）；其中，住宅投资37017亿元，下降19.7%。

近日，中国新闻网“这很中国，科技在场”专题，发布中材建设法国K6项目《中国技术改写欧洲百年水泥工业规则》专题视频，聚焦项目全氧燃烧、碳捕集等绿色低碳技术应用，以及中材建设法国公司在项目建设中推动中欧资源协同、技术落地和属地融合的实践成果。

Recently, China News Network's feature series "So Chinese, So Tech" released a video titled "Chinese Technology Reshapes the Rules of Europe's Century-Old Cement Industry," focusing on CBMI France’s K6 project. 2026年1-7月，全国水泥产量8.60亿吨，同比下降8.6%。7月份，全国单月水泥产量1.27亿吨，同比下降11.6%。

I. Cement Production
In the first seven months of 2026, China's cement output totaled 860 million tons, down 8.6% YoY. In July alone, output reached 127 million tons, a decrease of 11.6% YoY.

二、固定资产投资
2026年1-7月，全国固定资产投资（不含农户）260328亿元，同比下降6.7%（按可比口径计算）。其中，知识产权产品投资同比增长9.1%。

II. Fixed-Asset Investment (FAI)
In Jan-Jul 2026, China's fixed-asset investment (excluding rural households) reached RMB 26.0 trillion, down 6.7% YoY (on a comparable basis). Within this total, investment in intellectual property (IP) products grew 9.1% YoY.

三、房地产开发投资完成情况
2026年1-7月，全国房地产开发投资43009亿元，同比下降19.2%（按可比口径计算）；其中，住宅投资33172亿元，下降19.1%。

III. Real Estate Development Investment
In the first seven months of 2026, real estate development investment amounted to RMB 4.3 trillion, down 19.2% YoY (on a comparable basis). Of this, residential investment stood at RMB 3.3 trillion, down 19.1% YoY.

Recently, the High-Quality Development Conference for the cement industry was successfully held in Hohhot Currently, the sector is grappling with weakening demand, severe overcapacity, and widespread corporate losses. The conference called for regulating production capacity in line with regulatory standards and implementing coordinated staggered production to ease vicious internal competition. It also promoted industrial consolidation, low-carbon upgrades, and smart transformation, with the goal of steering the industry toward capacity reduction, quality improvement and sustainable high-quality development.
Mr. Ding Zhengping was elected as the secretary general of CCA at the conference.

Recently, a joint meeting of provincial cement associations was held in Hohhot, focusing on production capacity control and improving operational performance through staggered production. The industry is currently facing weakening demand and severe overcapacity, with output in many provinces down more than 15% and widespread corporate losses. Attendees agreed that staggered production is the key to turning the situation around. The CCA president urge all regions to enforce rigid staggered production schedules, strictly curb overcapacity, and work together to control unhealthy market competition. I. Cement Production
In the first half of 2026, China’s cement output totaled 736 million tons, down 8.0% YoY. In June alone, output stood at 144 million tons, down 5.6% YoY.
二、固定资产投资
2026 年上半年全国固投（不含农户）同比下降 5.7%，仅知识产权产品投资增长；四大区域投资均下滑，东北降幅最大。
II. Fixed-Asset Investment (FAI)
In H1 2026, China’s fixed-asset investment (excluding rural households) fell 5.7% YoY, with only investment in intellectual property products recording growth. Investment retreated across all four major regional areas, with Northeast China suffering the most severe contraction.
三、房地产开发投资完成情况
上半年地产投资同比下滑 18%，住宅投资同步走低；房屋施工、新开工、竣工面积全部大幅同比下降。
III. Real Estate Development Investment
Real estate development investment decreased 18% YoY in H1, alongside a downturn in residential investment. Floor space under construction, newly started, and completed acreages all witnessed substantial year-on-year decreases.（Source: Digital Cement, CCA）
