一、水泥产量
2026年一季度，全国水泥产量3.01亿吨，同比下降7.1%。3月份，全国单月水泥产量1.23亿吨，同比下降21%。
I. Cement Production
In the first quarter of 2026, China's cement output totaled 301 million tons, down 7.1% YoY. In March alone, cement output stood at 123 million tons, down 21% YoY.

二、固定资产投资
2026年一季度，全国固定资产投资（不含农户）102708亿元，同比增长1.7%（按可比口径计算）。其中，民间固定资产投资同比下降2.2%。从环比看，3月份固定资产投资（不含农户）增长0.52%。
II. Fixed-Asset Investment (FAI)
In the first quarter of 2026, China's fixed-asset investment (excluding rural households) totaled 10.2708 trillion yuan, up 1.7% year-on-year (on a comparable basis). Private fixed-asset investment fell 2.2% year-on-year. On a month-on-month basis, FAI (excluding rural households) rose 0.52% in March.

三、房地产开发投资完成情况
2026年一季度，全国房地产开发投资17720亿元，同比下降11.2%（按可比口径计算），降幅比1-2月份扩大0.1个百分点；其中住宅投资13531亿元，下降11.0%，降幅扩大0.3个百分点。
III. Real Estate Development Investment
In the first quarter of 2026, national real estate development investment stood at 1.7720 trillion yuan, down 11.2% year-on-year (on a comparable basis), with the decline narrowing 0.1 percentage points from that in the first two months of 2026. On March 18 local time in Zambia, the 36MWp photovoltaic power generation project at the China National Building Materials (CNBM) Zambia Industrial Park held a ceremony marking its full-capacity grid connection, signifying the official completion of this green energy project and its stable operation. Representatives from Zambia’s Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Commerce, Trade and Industry, ZESCO, project construction partners, and relevant staff of the Zambian company gathered at the site to jointly witness this important milestone in China-Africa green energy cooperation.

Leveraging Zambia's abundant solar resources and adopting internationally advanced technologies, the project provides stable and clean power support for the industrial park. Recently, the Jinja Grinding Station (3 million tons per year) project---undertaken by CBMI Construction Co., Ltd. for Yaobai International Holding Uganda Cement Co., Ltd.---achieved a major milestone: the production line successfully completed its first feed trial run and produced the first batch of bagged cement. This marks the official start of trial production at one of the largest single-scale cement production bases in Uganda, injecting strong momentum into infrastructure development across East Africa.

In March 2026, Conch Group completed the cement industry’s first all green electricity plant at its Wuhu Baimashan Cement Plant, establishing a green energy system integrating photovoltaic power generation, electrochemical energy storage, a smart microgrid, and EV charging stations. This system enables self-generation and self-consumption of green electricity, surplus power storage, and intelligent management.

项目创新立体化光伏布局，盘活厂区 13 万平方米空间，空间利用率提升 40%；配套22.5MW/45MWh 储能系统，采用 “谷充峰放” 智能调控，大幅提升绿电自用率。

The project features an innovative three-dimensional photovoltaic layout, making use of 130,000 square meters of plant area and increasing space utilization by 40%. It is equipped with a 22.5MW/45MWh energy storage system that adopts a “valley charging and peak discharging” intelligent control strategy, significantly improving the self-consumption rate of green electricity.

项目年均供绿电 1820 万 kWh，年节约标煤 5489 吨、减排二氧化碳 1.5 万吨，项目收益率达 8%，为传统高耗能工业绿色转型提供可复制样板。

The project supplies an average of 18.2 million kWh of green electricity annually, saving 5,489 tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 15,000 tons per year, with a project return rate of 8%. 2026年1-2月份，全国固定资产投资（不含农户）52721亿元，比上年增长1.8%（按可比口径计算）。其中，民间固定资产投资同比下降2.6%。从环比看，2月份固定资产投资（不含农户）增长0.39%。
II. Fixed-Asset Investment (FAI)
In the first two months of 2026, China's fixed-asset investment (excluding rural households) totaled 5.2721 trillion yuan, up 1.8% year-on-year (on a comparable basis). Private fixed-asset investment fell 2.6% year-on-year. On a month-on-month basis, FAI (excluding rural households) rose 0.39% in February.

三、房地产开发投资完成情况
2026年1-2月份，全国房地产开发投资9612亿元，比上年下降11.1%；其中住宅投资7282亿元，下降10.7%。
