YUANYANG HARDWARE specializes in the production of anodized and electrolytically colored aluminum panels. During the anodizing process, aluminum panels are placed in electrolytes such as sulfuric, chromic, or oxalic acid, forming a dense oxide film (5–20μm) with a

hardness of 200–500HV. This layer provides excellent wear resistance, corrosion protection, and a refined metallic texture. Anodized aluminum panels are ideal for indoor decorative applications such as ceilings, interior walls, and furniture surfaces — offering elegant color and texture with excellent insulation. Electrolytically colored aluminum panels are designed for outdoor use, including curtain walls, façades, and architectural cladding, providing superior UV stability and long-term color durability. The basic process behind our anodized aluminum panels:
Here’s a simple look at the key steps that create a durable and stable surface:

1️⃣ Degreasing
The aluminum surface is cleaned to remove oil, dust, and impurities.
This ensures uniform treatment in the following steps.

2️⃣ Etching
A controlled chemical etching process creates a clean and even base texture by removing a thin layer of the surface.

3️⃣ Neutralization
Residual chemicals from etching are neutralized to prepare the panel for anodizing.

4️⃣ Anodizing
The aluminum is placed in an electrolyte bath as the anode.
A dense oxide layer forms on the surface under specific current and conditions—this layer provides hardness, corrosion resistance, and durability.

5️⃣ Coloring (Optional)
Color is added through electrolytic coloring or dyeing, creating stable and uniform tones for interior or exterior applications.

6️⃣ Sealing
The pores of the oxide layer are sealed to improve corrosion resistance, weather stability, and surface protection.

This controlled process ensures consistent quality and reliable performance for architectural, decorative, and industrial uses.
