⛏️ Bucket Tooth Steel | Built for Impact & Abrasion
Excavator bucket teeth work in some of the harshest conditions in construction.
They are constantly exposed to impact, abrasion and heavy loads — so the steel needs to do more than simply provide high strength.
It needs the right combination of toughness, hardness and wear resistance to handle repeated impact while maintaining service life.
🔹 Grades We Supply
Depending on the working conditions and required performance, commonly used grades include:
• 30CrMnSiA — high strength, toughness and good wear resistance
• 30CrMn — suitable for applications with moderate impact and wear
• 30Cr2MnSiMo — Mo-alloyed grade designed for more demanding conditions, with improved hardenability and temper resistance
🔹 Typical Applications
🦾 Excavator bucket teeth
🦾 Bulldozer blades & wear parts
🦾 Mining and construction machinery components
🦾 Other heavy-duty, high-impact wear parts
Material selection depends heavily on the working conditions.
For equipment operating in highly abrasive soil, rock or mining environments, the required balance between impact toughness and wear resistance can be very different from standard construction applications.
