SUS304/316L/321 stainless steel, mirror-polished to Ra0.3–0.4μm – prevents material buildup, easy to clean. Supports CIP & SIP. Hygienic, corrosion-resistant, compatible with various resin systems.
🔹 Agitator Design
Customized height-to-diameter ratio with anchor or helical ribbon agitator. Optional scraper handles low to high viscosity materials – prevents wall sticking and coking for uniform reactions.
🔹 Seal & Support
Pressure-resistant mechanical shaft seal maintains working pressure and prevents leakage, reducing material loss. Hanging lug or floor-mounted leg support – flexible installation.
