Your brand, on every panel. 🏷️🪵

In this video, we’re adding the final touch to a batch of custom-cut Spruce boards—applying our client’s branded labels before shipment.

For us, customization isn’t just about cutting to size or adjusting profiles. It’s about supporting your entire workflow:

âś… Custom dimensions & grades

âś… Branded labeling & packaging

âś… Tailored shipping marks for easy site identification

When your materials arrive on-site or at your customer’s warehouse, they don’t just see “wood”—they see your brand. That’s the difference between a supplier and a partner.

If you’re looking for a wood supplier that understands branding as much as board feet, send us a message. Let’s build something recognizable together. 🤝

Natural vs. Thermally Modified — same species, two destinies. 🪵🔥

In this clip, side by side:

🟡 Left: Natural-color board, straight from the kiln

🟤 Right: Same wood, treated at ~185°C — no stains, no chemicals, just heat & steam

What changes beyond color?

✅ Modified wood: lower equilibrium moisture, less swelling/shrinking, better decay resistance → great for outdoor & humid zones

✅ Natural wood: lighter tone, full original strength, easier to paint/stain → ideal for indoor furniture & decorative work

Typical splits we see:

🔹 Natural: cabinet fronts, shelving, indoor tabletops, craft bases

🔹 185° Modified: cladding, decking, soffits, sauna interiors, garden furniture

Neither is “better” — it’s about where the wood has to live.

Curious which process fits your project, or want to discuss custom dimensions & profiles? Send us a message or comment below.

Reading a wood tabletop: Side by side. 🪵↔️🪵

In this split-screen video:

🅱️ Left side: The “B” face – featuring natural character like mineral streaks and small knots.

🅰️ Right side: The “A” face – clean, consistent grain, optimized for visible surfaces.

This is what an AB-grade rubberwood panel looks like in reality.

We keep the B side structurally sound and usable (great for hidden areas), while the A side delivers the clean aesthetic most projects demand.

It’s not about hiding imperfections—it’s about intelligent grading for cost-efficiency.

Common uses:

🔹 Tabletops (A-side up, B-side down)

🔹 Kitchen island tops

🔹 Office desks and workbenches

Want to understand how we grade our panels? Or curious if AB-grade fits your project budget?

Send us a message or drop a comment. We’re happy to explain the difference between A, AB, and B grades.

Packing up precision: Custom Paulownia boards heading to a workshop. 🧰🪵

In this video, you’re seeing the final stage: careful stacking and packing to prevent movement during transit.

When it comes to small wooden parts, Paulownia solves a few common headaches:

• Weight: Roughly 1/3 the weight of hardwoods—easier on handlers and freight costs.

• Stability: Less prone to twisting than pine or poplar.

• Workability: Takes glue, screws, and paint exceptionally well.

Typical applications for these sizes:

✔️ Drawer bottoms and backs

✔️ Internal framing for lightweight furniture

✔️ Model making and prototypes

✔️ Inserts for luxury packaging

Curious if Paulownia fits your supply chain? Message us—we can discuss grades, moisture content, and lead times.

Small boards, big potential. 🪵✂️

In this video: custom-cut Paulownia boards leaving our workshop. Lightweight, stable, and easy to machine—these smaller panels are made exactly to a client’s drawing.

Why choose Paulownia for small components?

✅ Around 30% the weight of hardwood—easy to handle and ship

âś… Low warp risk after cutting

âś… Takes paint, stain, or CNC work cleanly

Common uses we see:

🔹 Furniture drawer sides & backs

🔹 Craft and hobby bases

🔹 Instrument components (soundboards, linings)

🔹 Packaging inserts and protective layers

Not sure if Paulownia fits your project? Send us a message or drop a comment—we’re happy to talk through specs and possibilities.

Small board, specific job. ⚙️

This video shows custom-sized Paulownia boards we prepared for a client project — thickness, width and length all to drawing.

Why Paulownia for small components?

• Around 280–300 kg/m³ — easy to handle and ship

• Low warp tendency after cutting

• Takes paint, stain or CNC work cleanly

If you’re evaluating materials for a lightweight wood part and haven’t worked with Paulownia before, feel free to reach out. We can share specs, typical applications, and what to watch for during machining.

Ever wondered what a thermal chamber looks like? 👀🔥

We just cracked open our heat treatment kiln to check on these boards. No chemicals, no additives—just pure heat and steam transforming ordinary wood into something far more durable.

The color deepens. The stability improves. The wood becomes more resistant to moisture and insects.

Swipe up if you’re curious about the science behind thermally modified wood—or drop us a comment. We love talking wood! 🌲

Why choose Lightly Thermally Modified Wood? 🤔

âś… Naturally Resistant to Rot & Insects (No Chemicals!)

âś… Super Stable (Goodbye, Warping)

âś… Beautiful Golden-Brown Hue

âś… Lightweight but Strong

It’s perfect for everything from saunas to statement furniture.

Not sure how it differs from standard kiln-dried wood? Drop a question below or slide into our DMs. Let’s talk timber! 👇👇

Heat, steam, and patience—the magic behind thermally modified wood. 🔥

Just pulled this batch of lightly carbonized pine from our kiln, and the results speak for themselves. That warm, honey-toned patina isn’t just beautiful—it’s built for performance.

Why Light Carbonization?

Unlike deep charring, this process offers a subtle transformation:

âś… Enhanced dimensional stability (less warping/cupping)

âś… Improved decay resistance

✅ Retention of the wood’s natural grain texture

âś… A smooth, touch-friendly surface ready for finishing

Ideal Applications:

Given its durability and aesthetic, this batch is perfect for:

🪑 High-end furniture tabletops

🪟 Interior wall cladding & ceiling panels

🚪 Decorative door skins

🛠️ Architectural millwork

It’s always satisfying to see raw timber transformed into a premium material ready for the next creative step. 📸

Curious about the technical specs of our thermal modification process or want to see a sample? Feel free to drop a comment or send me a DM. 👇
