The national "transverse vibration test" test report shows that the retention rate of the preload of our company's DC locknut exceeds 91%, while according to the report of the Chinese Screw Network official account, Case 1: In 2018, several engineers from the Japanese HARDLOCK headquarters carried out on-site tests of anti loose vibration with several Japanese HARDLOCK M20/M24/M27 products to Shanghai Tiancheng Industrial Co., Ltd., and the results were not satisfactory. Case 2: In 2019, an engineer from a process research institute of China Railway Rolling Stock Corporation (CRRC) brought a Japanese HARDLOCK anti loosening nut to Shanghai Tiancheng Industrial Co., Ltd. for on-site testing. According to the assembly torque and application requirements provided by the CRRC process research institute, the testing specification was M24, and the ISO16130 testing standard was implemented. Under different amplitudes or assembly torques, the anti loosening effect was not ideal, and the vibration axial force decayed quickly. The results indicate that the performance and technological revolution of any product are applicable and perform well under specific conditions and working conditions, and not all application scenarios and assembly conditions. Only by comparing test data can we judge the superiority or inferiority of a product's technology, and choose suitable anti loosening products based on the application scenarios and assembly requirements of our own product.
