Lab Vacuum Disperser with Scraper 🌟 is a laboratory product newly developed by SIEHE Group with dispersing, scraping and vacuuming; during the dispersion process, the scraper rotates along the barrel wall to form a certain radial stirring effect, and the PTFE scraper can scrape the material on the barrel wall, which has a good adaptability to medium and high viscosity and thixotropic materials.

🎊 The linear speed of the scraper disperser is above 20m/s, which can quickly and fully disperse the powder into the liquid material. Vacuum closed design, vacuum level up to 10 mbar, suitable for "vacuum defoaming", "vacuum feed", "inert gas protection" and other special conditions of dispersion mixing, the final product is clean, and the barrel is easy to clean.

The Ultra-fine Pin Type Horizontal Beads Mill 🌟 is a continuous production machine for grinding liquid materials. It is equipped with an externally driven screen discharge device, which provides a large discharge area, and pin-type rotors that force the grinding medium into irregular collisions. This design greatly improves grinding efficiency and makes it particularly suitable for processing high-viscosity slurry.

Pesticide Preparation Experiment β±πŸ“‹
In this experiment, we used the Horizontal Plough Vacuum Drying System 🌟 .
The entire system is integrated and compact in structure, consisting of a powder unpacking and conveying system, automatic liquid batching system, mixing and drying system, control system, cleaning system, and supporting units.

🎊 During testing, powder raw materials, additives, and fillers were sequentially input into the bag dump station. The Plough mixer, with side-mounted high-speed choppers, rapidly dispersed and deagglomerated clumps, greatly improving mixing uniformity and efficiency.

Double Planetary Dispersing Mixer 🌟 with a low-speed agitator and a high-speed dispersing disc. It has good mixing, reacting, dispersing and kneading effects. It is suitable for solid-liquid, liquid-liquid, paste-paste and other materials with different densities and proportions, from low viscosity to high viscosity (10000Pa.s).
