Many customers believe:
👉 “As long as the color looks the same, the quality should be the same.”
But in reality, the lifetime of PPGI depends on two key factors:
✅ Paint System (Structure)
✅ Paint Quality (Material)
🧱 1. Paint System = The Foundation
The coating structure includes:
Primer (底漆) → adhesion + corrosion protection
Top Coat (面漆) → color + weather resistance
Back Coat (背漆) → basic protection on reverse side
📊 Typical structure:
15 / 5 μm or 20 / 5 μm (Top / Back)
👉 This determines:
Whether the protection system is complete
Whether the thickness is sufficient
⚠️ Even high-quality paint cannot perform well if the coating is too thin or incomplete.

We recently completed a 600-ton shipment of zero spangle galvanized steel sheets to an electrical equipment manufacturer in Algeria.
🔍 Challenges:
The client previously imported GI coils and slitting them locally, but faced several issues from previous supplier:
⚠️ White rust problems due to moisture exposure during local slitting
⚠️ Coating inconsistency (ordered 80gsm, but received around 40gsm)
⚠️ Unstable delivery schedules affecting production
