The unit adopts a square plate design with reasonable layout, and realizes heat exchange by cross flow mode.
The frame of the all-welded heat exchanger is fully detachable, which facilitates daily maintenance and cleaning in later service.
After welding and assembly, each product will be conducted a hydrostatic test with deionized water at 1.3 times of the design pressure, with a pressure holding time of 30 minutes.
It guarantees the safety performance and pressure resistance of the product to fully meet customers’ application demands.
