👏LASWIM Outstanding Project Case Sharing 18——Xi’An Fengxi New City Green Zero-Carbon Swimming Center
💧Xi’An Fengxi New city Green Zero-Carbon Swimming Center is China’s first AAA-rated prefabricated nearly zero-energy consumption natatorium, serving as a key demonstration project for advancing green and low-carbon construction in the region. All swimming pool equipment and water treatment systems in the facility were designed and constructed by LASWIM.
💧The project has a construction area of approximately 10,600m², equipped with a 50m standard competition pool, a 25m training pool, and two children’s wading pools. During the design phase, LASWIM utilized BIM 3D technology to achieve precise planning and equipment layout, enhancing system promotion efficiency, reducing construction risks, and facilitating the green, energy-efficient, and high-quality completion of the project.
💧The swimming pool center adheres to the design philosophy of “prioritizing passive strategies and optimizing active solution” utilizing a high-efficiency thermal insulation structure, shading systems, and energy-efficient heating equipment to ensure a consistently comfortable temperature. Meanwhile, through the recycling of rainwater, reclaimed water, and pool water, the facility enhances the reuse rate of water resources, achieving energy and water conservation.
💧The project has obtained the “China Near-Zero Energy Building” certification during its design phase. It is estimated that the swimming facility will save approximately 550,000 yuan in electricity costs annually, reduce standard coal consumption by about 329 tons, and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by roughly 879 tons each year. LASWIM offers an integrated solution featuring smart pool equipment and an ecological water treatment system, comprehensively supporting near-zero energy consumption operations.

LASWIM is equipped with a high-precision regeneration candle diatomaceous earth filtration system. This setup conserves water, reduces energy consumption, occupies minimal space, and effectively decreases chemical usage, significantly enhancing pool water quality and overall comfort.
⭐️Pool Disinfection System⭐️
The system adopts a dual disinfection method combining a sodium hypochlorite generator and ozone, achieving continuous sterilization alongside instantaneous high-efficiency disinfection. With low operating costs and no chemical residues, it ensures a healthy swimming environment.
⭐️Pool Temperature Dehumidifying System⭐️
The multi-functional dehumidifying heat pump captures and recycles indoor heat during the dehumidification process, effectively addressing issues related to high humidity and chlorine-heavy air in swimming pool environments. It enables year-round energy-efficient operation and reduces overall operational costs.
⭐️Pool Intelligent Control System⭐️
Equipped with the LASWIM " Smart Electrical Control System ", it enables real-time monitoring of water quality and equipment operation status, achieving fully automated control to reduce manual maintenance efforts and ensure safe and stable operation.
