We offers automation systems for nucleic acid extraction from food and feed samples and for subsequent PCR setup. The customer’s specific requirements are determined in order to select the most appropriate instrument for their needs, such as desired sample throughput and instrument size. For example, the maximum sample size processed in a run may be 1 to 32 samples (foodproof® Robo32 ® up to 32 samples
The various extraction kits are perfectly matched to our robots and have been validated in detail. BIOTECON Diagnostics offers an application warranty as well as free application support. This offer also extends to our Consumable Packs, service contracts and software developments for these devices.

يقوم الجهاز مع استخدام reagent D باغلاق كل الDNA الخاص بالخلايا الميتة فقط دون المساس بال DNA الخاصبالخلايا الحية وبذلك يكون الاستخلاص للحمض النووى فقط للخلايا الحية وبالتالى تكون النتاىج ممثلة فقط للخلتيا الحية ولا تحتاج الى تاكيد 💪💪💪💪

The foodproof D-Light instrument is designed for the differentiation of DNA from dead and living cells. The reaction principle is a photoactivation using Reagent D to avoid false-positive PCR results. Exposure to visible light leads to covalent binding of this substance to DNA and prevents the DNA from being amplified via PCR. It works as a preliminary step of sample treatment before the DNA extraction. The stand-alone foodproof D-Light is a compact benchtop solution that fits in every lab.

BIOTECON Diagnostics offers its customers complete workflow solutions, either via manual or automated sample preparation. The combination of the foodproof D-Light and Reagent D, foodproof sample preparation kits and subsequent real-time PCR detection kits and all assay-required laboratory equipment represents a true “One- Stop-Shop” solution for the customer.

Versatile: Insertion slide-in allows use of different microplates and adapter in SBS format e.g. deepwell plates
