We’re excited to share that Premcrete is playing a key role in the development of Castle Street, a major new multi-family scheme in Luton, UK.

Backed by Housing Growth Partnership (HGP) and JRL Group Ltd, this £145m joint venture will deliver 414 high-quality homes to the heart of Luton.

The Challenge
The project called for a single point warranty across all substructure waterproofing.

The Solution
