When King Alfred's Academy merged three sites into two to improve the student experience and reduce transition times between lessons, an additional teaching space was also required.

Our Eco‑Versal solution provided an easy‑to‑install, cost‑effective way to achieve Building Regulation compliance, while delivering the required insulation performance.

Installed by Midlands Floor Screeding beneath the screed floor system, the project achieved a thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK.

Supplying product for the base-build works of the National Maritime Museum’s new Exploration wing was plain sailing ⛴️

120 mm thickness of EcoTherm Eco-Versal was supplied by insulation and drylining specialists, Elliotts Builders Merchant, then installed and fixed to the timber frame walls by hygiene wall and ceiling experts, MBF Hygiene Systems. All of which resulted in a thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK!

When The Duke of York’s Military School was expanded to welcome civilian families, the existing buildings were refurbished and extended, and our Eco-Versal boards were selected as the roof insulation of choice 🙌

The thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK meant our Eco‑Versal helped reduce the build‑up thickness required to achieve a compliant U‑value, and contributed towards the project’s interim BREEAM rating of Very Good.

As part of a ÂŁ6 million investment, Wantage Academy in Oxfordshire saw the construction of a brand-new science block, with 12 classrooms and nine state-of-the-art laboratories created.
