A brick can change the feeling of a building before you notice anything else.

With Aubrick, colour was an important part of the starting point.

London Yellow and Welsh Grey were chosen for their warmth and natural character, bringing two very different tones to the same material. In changing light, each shifts gently across the surface rather than reading as one flat colour.

Both are available in smooth and rustic finishes, giving architects and designers more ways to use Aubrick across a project.

The idea was never to make colour an afterthought. It is part of what makes the brick feel at home in a space.

When you specify a material, you want the quality to speak for itself.

Elenite was created with that in mind – a solid surface where the finish, colour and feel of the material are given as much attention as its practical qualities.

Inspired by natural stone, clay and ceramics, the collection brings depth and character to a material that is often chosen simply for what it can do.

From the sheet itself to the finished surface, Elenite is made for projects where the quality of the material matters.

Most materials have a story before they reach a building.

At Low Carbon Industrial, we explore those stories.
We work with existing manufacturing processes, material knowledge and design thinking to create surfaces and products for architecture and interiors.

From bricks to solid surfaces and beyond, our growing collection explores how materials are made, how they can be reimagined, and the spaces they can help create.

If that’s the kind of work you want to see, follow along. There’s plenty more on the way.

Light changes the way we experience a surface.

Elenite is a solid surface designed to bring more character to a material usually chosen for its practicality. Its colours and textures draw from natural stone, clay and ceramics, giving the surface depth and a more tactile quality.

The collection was created to put colour, texture and character at the centre of the material, making it part of the design itself.

Designed for architecture and interiors, Elenite creates surfaces that reveal something different as the light moves across them.

Brick is one of architecture’s oldest materials. But the way it is made has remained largely unchanged.

Aubrick began with a question: what could happen if this familiar material was approached differently?

By looking at existing manufacturing processes and combining traditional earth-building principles with modern production, a new type of brick was created.

Made from excavated earth and formed through compression, Aubrick carries the warmth, texture and natural variation of its origins.

Designed for architectural spaces, it offers another way to think about brick, where the story behind the material becomes part of the design.

If you are looking to bring a focal point to your hospitality project, take a look at this project we completed for the Leonardo Royal Hotel in Birmingham.

Collaborating closely with the interior design team, our goal was to achieve a refined flow across the reception and lounge areas. The client opted for our Charcoal Walnut and Bianco London Plane. Tying into the wood scheme whilst distinct tonal contrasts, both timber terrazzo were the instinctive choice for the project.

Whether enhancing finer details or covering large surfaces, our materials create a welcoming atmosphere in any hospitality setting.

A commercial project in London featuring our London Plane.

The deep red and pale tones of the timber complement the vibrant red hues chosen for the cafe’s interior. The selection of colours and materials creates a cohesive and inviting space, expanding beyond its compact size.
