How To Get Your VA To Book a Trip You Will Enjoy?
In my experience as a Virtual Assistant, there are many hurdles to overcome when onboarding a new client. One of them is really understanding and getting to know the client and their business.
Naturally, I want to make sure that I’m going to book and plan a business trip that meets your needs and goes as seamlessly as possible. This is why communication is SO important and a reasonable amount of time is taken to understand your business, preferences and pain points.
The more I get to know about you, the easier it will be for me to book a hotel and transportation that meets your needs. One easy solution is to create a list of what amenities you need a hotel to offer, for example, a gym, room service, breakfast included, etc. Let me know your preferences for train travel, for example, forward-facing, power required, whether minimum changes or overall journey time is more important. You should also create a list of what types of food you prefer to eat. This way I can book a room in a hotel that is within a reasonable distance of restaurants that you are willing to dine at. You’ll only have to tell me this information once and I’ll bear it in mind with all future travel arrangements from that point onwards. It’s very important to work together and build that trust so you will never have to worry about these things ever again! Please get in touch: [email protected] / www.freedupassistance.co.uk
