Pictures of completed works since April.

Chaldon CR3 House refurb - kitchen, bathroom, en-suite new door and window. Flooring, skirting, lighting, shelves etc.

Godstone Driveway - old driveway stripped back to the type 1, new w**d membrane and sharp sand added, buff and charcoal blockpavers, double border with a 90 herringbone, finished off with Kiln sand.

Caterham Kitchen and radiator replacement -
Removed old kitchen, flooring, wall, old rads. Installed a new kitchen and worktop, tiled Splashback, flooring and rads.

Banstead - loft rooms adaptions.

Removed old bathroom, capped off services (electrics/plumbing). Removed boards, tiles, flooring to bathroom.

Reinstated new boards, plastered, mist coat only, skirting. Removed all the rubbish from the 3rd floor to front of house for a wait and load, whilst keeping the house clean and tidy with protection, dust sheets, carpet protection and hoovering everyday.

Unfortunately we came up against a structural timber post, hence the reason the clients new layout had slightly changed.
As you can see we boarded the pillar, and put a bit of skirting around to finish it off.

Extension and patio with internal works to existing house in Wallington -
We have just started the works in Wallington for an extension. After 2 days (extreme weather) we have the foundations dug, which we are just tidying up for inspection, then it will be ready for the pour on Thursday. Bricklayers booked for DPC Monday, followed by an oversight. Bricklayers return later end of next week to complete blockwork to plate. Moving in the right direction.

Work in Progress at a clients house in Chaldon (CR3)

We had been instructed to complete various jobs at a job in Chaldon.

Progress so far is

Stripping and installing a new downstairs en-suite

Utility strip out and install a new flat pack kitchen along with all the electrical and plumbing requirements.

Removed old raised floor boards and screeded the 1st floor slab

Block up door ways and plaster

Works coming up……

Remove and install new flat pack kitchen

Remove old tiles, latex and install new Amtico floor over 80m2.

Strip out and install new bathroom

Plastering to various rooms

Joinery to a plant room and store rooms

Just an update on the project we have completed recently.

Purley - This was knocking down an existing garage with asbestos (removed via a specialist). Digging and pouring new foundations.
New drainage. Blockwork and render, screeding new services, created a utility/laundry room and downstairs en-suite, rendered and painted, roof tiles, GRP roof, sky light.
Rip out and install a new kitchen and dining room units.
Remove concrete from drive and install new pavers.
Existing wall at the front had a flint wall, this was removed due to it leaning quite badly, we installed a new foundation and retaining trench block wall, before being cladded with flint to bring it back to its exiting finish.

Due to a successful 1st year as a new business and a growing diary of future works, we are now looking for an experienced labourer to help out on various projects.
The work is based around 15 miles radius of the Caterham area.
Someone who drives would be beneficial.
I will supply any tools required.
Looking for someone who has experience on site and can work on their own as well as in a team.
Looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
Upcoming jobs are Purley, Wallington, Caterham, Coulsdon.
This is on a self employed basis, you will need to be CIS registered as you will be taxed at source.

Orpington - created a bigger living space with a steel beam install, rerouting the services, stripping out old floor and units. Installed new electrics, plumbing, plastering to ceiling and several walls, new electric UFH, new flooring, skirting and a new kitchen and breakfast bar.
