Role: Installations Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced installations manager to run our installations department.

We are a timber window and door manufacturer and installer. We supply and fit high quality timber windows nationwide, from small domestic projects to large commercial projects including newbuild or referbishment sites for some of the largest main contractors and Housebuilders in the UK. The successfull candidate will be responsible for the planning and day-to-day running of the installations department, deploying our installation subcontractors to our various sites and working to the clients installation program. The role will be a mix of field based and remote working with weekly visits to the office. You will be required to travel around within this role and will be provided with a company car.

Key Responsibilities:

* Project Management - Plan and coordinate window installations

* Managing the installation network of subcontractor installation teams

* Budget Oversight - Ensure our installations are efficient and profitable

* Customer Relations - communicate with our clients to address concerns, provide updates and ensure customer satisfaction.

* Liaise with our production department to ascertain window completion dates

* Regularly visit site for pre-start meetings, check the progress of our installations or as and when the client or business requires

Key Attributes

* Proficient organisation ability

* Project Managment experience within the window industry

* Ability to work to deadlines and adapt to potential changes within the installation schedule

* A level of compitancy using Microsoft exel and word

* An understanding of how windows are installed

* Must possess a CSCS card

* An understanding of Health and Safety on site
