PLEASE READ! A quick note regarding our decorative stone..
We’re absolutely delighted that our decorative stone has been so popular recently.

We do want to make customers aware that if you already have decorative stone that has been down for several years and are simply having it topped up, the new stone will not be an exact colour match to the existing stone.

This is completely normal and is due to years of weathering, sunlight, dirt, and natural ageing of the original stone. Freshly quarried stone will almost always appear different in colour compared to stone that has been exposed to the elements for a long period of time.

Unfortunately, we received our first complaint about this yesterday and were threatened with a bad review despite providing a good service and explaining the reason for the colour difference several times. While we always welcome genuine feedback, it's disappointing when small businesses are criticised for factors that are simply beyond our control.

As a business in our first year, we're working incredibly hard to build a reputation based on honesty, quality, and good customer service. We will always be transparent about what customers can realistically expect from our products.
