URGENT- THIS IS NOT A TEST.

HP-WORX main workshop has caught fire.

The fire started at the other end of the yard and has spread down through various businesses.

The damage we are unaware of just yet.

All customers are being contacted now.

This S15 has been supporting one of our built SR's for some years now. 500hp, G30-660, Link ECU.

However Louis wasn't quite feeling the CD009 conversion.

8HP70 it is!

Conversion kit by DomiWorks Engineering.

Phil at XDR motors supplying the goods as well being on hand / phone getting this all dialled in, greatly appreciated as always.

Box fitted in to a near un-touched tunnel.
Custom Gearbox to Chassis mount fabricated in-house, custom prop-shaft and all other small bits often overlooked.

DCT shifter made to fit in near central OE location.

Clutch-by-wire.

Turbolamik ECU wired with comms to the Link PnP G4X.

+ much more additional work to make all this work seamlessly.

All installed here at HP including set up.

We here at HP would like to wish all of our customers, staff, suppliers, drivers, supporters, friends and family a wonderful Christmas and New Year.

We would like to say a special thanks to our close-knit circle of businesses, people and those who have now become close friends to us here over the years.

At the end of last year Rob turned up with his R33 for tuning. Unfortunately tuning is the last thing it needed with its newly discovered engine issues.

With the engine stripped and measured it was at near max tolerances from its last rebuild so a fresh rebuild was planned on a virgin RB25.

ARP head studs
Head work

Kelford 246-A2 cams with the KVS25R-T spring & Ti Retainer
& all other associated items.

G35-1050 (1.01AR) from Pulsar Turbo Systems supplied by us.

Machine work by DY Engine Services of course.

Fab work by Bob Dove Motorsports Ltdfor 60mm gate install & larger IC pipework. We now have perfect boost control.

Now, as this is one of our engines, installed and tuned by us we will push it beyond the norm. Despite the graph looking like it's lazy it really isn't bad at all out on the road, surprisingly..
Rolling into 4th it blows out the tyres and makes clouds. It's pretty violent.

High boost: 2.2 bar
941 HP & 705 ftlbs

We are maxed out on the entire fuel system and on the edge

Fuel calculations shows we are near enough bang on the HP displaying on the dyno.

As you may be aware we at HP have teamed up with Phil Randall at XDR Motors to sponsor C**t (C**t Harvey & his S15.

Following engine troubles tail end of last year we decided to build him something that was more than capable.

Springs / Retainers
& all other associated items

G35-1050 from Pulsar Turbos UK

In one week we managed to build the engine, install, carry out modifications, fab work , run the engine in and tune. The results were a very different car from last year.

1.7 bar we are making a comfortable 753hp & 688 ftlbs, as with our own engines we can push them more and fueling calculated circa 900hp at 2.1 bar.
(just lighting tyres on the dyno so no readings worth showing)

Despite a couple of teeth issues during qualifying the car was shredding today. Top work from .

This car is no stranger to HP.

If you didn’t already know Cams luck with Mystery eBay forged engines & “rebuilt” engines have not gone so well.

Just before he threw in the towel and called it day he handed the “engine” over & car and said make it work.

HP built engine, installed, ran in correctly then tuned. Done ✅

That’s 2022 all wrapped up. Doors are closed and dyno switched off for a well deserved break.

I want to thank everyone from our staff, self employed guys, suppliers, customers, friends & family for making it all work. It’s all a big team effort.

Lots of changes in 2023 starting with a new workshop in the beginning of the year. I know some of you will be deeply upset you won’t have to drive through single lanes and up “the track” anymore.. (more on this soon) :

will be entering in Drift League GB in the / HP-WORX S15 that’s currently under work.

And a few more changes so keep your eyes peeled..

2023 is scheduled to be a busy year just by current bookings. Looking forward to seeing some new and old faces.
