📢 We’re Hiring – Trade Counter Assistant
W Jones & Son is currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and hard-working Trade Counter Assistant to join our team in the Builders Merchants and DIY sector.

🔨 Full-time | Mon-Fri 7:30am–5:00pm | Saturday AM rota

Main responsibilities include:
* Being motivated with an exceptional work ethic who’s seeking a career in the construction industry.
* Working in a merchant sales environment.
* Identify and maximising sales opportunities through high levels of customer service and product knowledge.

The ideal candidate will:
* Preferably have a DIY/Construction background and interest.
* Thrive from Working in a fast-paced environment.
* Be able to cope with a physically demanding role involving manual handling.
* Take responsibility for stock control and ordering supplies.
* Work in conjunction with Yard Supervisor to ensure all delivery requirements are met.

💰 Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
📚 Training & personal development available via recognised industry provider
