Episode 2 premieres tonight at 8PM 🎬

If you watched Episode 1, you’ll remember where we left it… we’d just taken over a unit in East London, in Walthamstow (E17). That moment wasn’t just a milestone - it was the start of turning an existing site into a fully functioning JJ Roofing Supplies branch.

Episode 2 picks up from there.

We go inside the reality of what it takes to take over a former roofing merchant and begin the process of transforming it - from layout and signage planning through to operational setup, stock considerations, and getting the branch ready to trade. It’s not just about opening doors… it’s about making it work in a new area, building on an existing customer base, and putting JJ standards into a site that’s got its own history and challenges.

You’ll also see how this fits into the bigger picture of the £50 million goal - scaling through acquisition, moving fast, and establishing a presence in a completely new part of London for the business.
