We love this story 👉 First time buyers, Em and Lou were surprised they could own 3-bedroom new Bloor Buxton at Poppy Fields, Lower Stondon... so when they spotted the plot online, they reserved it within 48 hours and started the process of buying their first home! 🏡🎉

Em and Lou's Bloor homeowner experience so far:

"We'd been looking at housetypes for just over a year before discovering the Bloor Buxton. We knew we wanted a new build as first time buyers so we could really enjoy and immerse ourselves through every step of the journey, whether it be watching the walls be built higher and higher, or choosing all of our extras.�

"As soon as I saw the Buxton housetype, I knew it would be perfect for us and reserved our plot within 48hours. I was so surprised that we could own a 3-bedroom home with a utility area and plenty of built in storage for our budget, compared to other new build companies in our area!

"I didn’t expect the communication with our sales team to be as quick and easy as it was, the weekly photo updates of our home and descriptions of the build progress was such a lovely touch and kept the excitement high, even when we were months away from our move date.

"We love how much space we have in our home to grow, and even now we are 2 months in, we still sit back in the evenings and say ‘can you believe this is our house?’ We are loving every second!"

POV: you're Rory and Becky who moved to The Meadows, Cullompton in September and and now your Bloor home is relaxed and cosy, and your Bloor garden is SUMMER READY! 🏡☀️

Moving into their blank canvas Bloor home, Rory and Becky knew it was the perfect starting point to create something really special. Becky has been the interior designer and visionary behind the transformation, and what can we say... we're seriously impressed! 👏

Rory and Becky's Bloor journey:

"We’ve lived in quite a few places over the years, but moving into our Bloor home in Cullompton has felt like a really good fit from the start.

"Since settling in, we’ve focused on making it our own. Inside, we’ve gone for a cosy, relaxed feel with warm colours and a big, comfortable living space. Outside, we’ve added a pergola which has completely changed how we use the garden - somewhere to relax, catch up with friends, and make the most of the space.

"It didn’t take long for things to feel familiar either. From daily walks with our Labrador, Reg, to getting used to a quieter pace of life, we’ve settled in quicker than we expected.

"It’s been a great move for us - and it already feels like home."

🎉 Big news for Pinhoe, Exeter! 🏡🌱 Just as our final 5 homes at Bloor Homes at Pinhoe come to market, we're handing over 11 new allotments and accessible raised beds to the local community!

The final homes are a mix of energy efficient 2 and 3-bed new homes, offering your last chance to live on this very popular development with a country park and fantastic schools nearby.

Releasing the 5 final homes is a huge milestone and handing over the allotments feels like the perfect way to mark it. Here's some info about the new allotments:

👉 Each allotment plot comes equipped with its own shed and access to running water, giving new plot holders everything needed to get growing straight away.

👉 The allotments will be managed by Broadclyst Parish Council who will have control of the Tenancy Agreement, waiting lists and annual charges per plot, ensuring the spaces are run in a way that works best for the local community.

Ready, set… play! 💙 What a day we had at Harlestone Park in Northampton, for the opening of our new community play area! ☀️🍦

Bloor homeowners, local residents and Paul Thomas, Executive Officer of Harlestone Manor Parish Council joined us for the special community event – and with the addition of glorious blue skies, ice cream and face painting – it was brilliant to see everyone come together and enjoy the new facilities.

And that’s not all we have planned for Harlestone Park!

As part of our phase 2 plans for the development of 3 and 4-bed new homes we're building in Harlestone, we’re also creating 2 new circular family walking routes and generous areas of green open space, perfect for walking, jogging and walking the dog. 🏡🐾
