🔥 Fired up the Weber Genesis for an Irish family barbecue 🔥

Keeping everyone happy with plenty of choice on the grill:

🍔 Beef burgers🍗 marinated chicken fillets🥓 Crispy Finnebrogue bacon🥔 Bombay-seasoned cubed potatoes & part baked sourdough mini baguettes roasted on the upper rack🥖 🥦 Broccoli roasted in a foil tray and finished directly on the grates for a delicious char

Everything was served with a selection of fresh salad ingredients, all laid out separately so everyone – especially the picky eaters! 😄 – could build their own perfect plate.

Whether you fancy a classic beef burger, a chicken burger, or a loaded burger topped with crispy bacon, the options are endless.
