☀️ Last week, we brought the whole PAM UK team together for a brilliant summer BBQ – and what a day it was!

From great food to even better company, it was a fantastic opportunity to catch up, relax, and celebrate the people who make PAM what it is.

A special shoutout to our leadership team, who swapped their day jobs for aprons and got stuck in cooking and serving everyone… and we think you’ll agree – they absolutely nailed it! 👨‍🍳

Ever noticed what’s under your feet 🐾 when you’re out and about?

From busy high streets to quiet pavements, our products are working hard on and below the surface, often without a second thought. But once you start looking, you really can’t stop spotting them everywhere.

Even our four-legged friends 🐶 are stepping over them on their daily walks, completely unaware of the vital role they play in keeping our infrastructure running smoothly.

From Inter-Ax covers designed for strength, durability and stability, to the everyday solutions you see on your streets, it’s a reminder that the most important parts of our network aren’t always the most visible.

🙌 We had a great day of product training at PAM UK head office this week.

Our teams took part in a hands on product training day, digging into best practice application, real world use and plenty of product details. It was a really valuable session and a great chance to build product confidence across the business.
