With sustainability at the project’s core, it was important that the new clinic’s interior space would be fully reconfigurable in the future, ensuring that it could be adapted as the building’s needs change. It was against this backdrop that our Allura Flex luxury vinyl tiles and IOBAC MagTabs were specified, ticking the boxes for both durability and flexibility.

Inspired by flow and movement, biophilic design was another core principle, with Allura’s realistic wood-effect patterns perfectly complementing this desire for neutral and earthy colours.

REFERENCE | 8 Laurence Pountney Hill

Tucked away in a green pocket of London is over 4,000 sqm of recently refurbished workspace. The design brief? Create an elegant, refined and professional aesthetic that sets the interior apart from other offices in the local area.

As well as retaining and celebrating the building’s beautiful original features, bc workspace chose to keep the colour palette fairly neutral, leaving it open for future tenants to add their own spin on the space.

Our Tessera Cloudspace carpet tiles were specified throughout the office areas, chosen for its durability and design.

💬 “Tessera Cloudscape offers a beautiful aesthetic that really complemented the building’s interior space. While neutral in colour, it still offers so much pattern and texture, which we love. The design also means it is very forgiving if the substrate itself isn’t 100% or in the event of food and beverage spillages.”

REFERENCE | Clermont School of Business in Clermont-Ferrand was designed to encourage interaction, creativity and collaboration, while providing students with comfortable spaces that support everyday learning.

To meet the demands of a busy higher education environment, 1,325 m² of Flotex flooring was installed throughout classrooms, circulation areas and collaborative spaces. A mix of Flotex collections and designs creates distinct atmospheres across the campus, while maintaining a consistent visual language.

Thanks to its unique flocked textile construction, Flotex combines the comfort and acoustic benefits of a textile floor with the durability, hygiene and easy maintenance of a resilient floor, making it an ideal solution for education environments.
