在去年的「竹子與可持續發展交流會」上，BIL 有幸參與了這一重要活動。此次交流會由香港恒生大學與香港工業總會共同舉辦，主題為「走塑新時代，零碳『竹』未來」。會議邀請了多位國際及本地專家，圍繞「竹／築新未來」、「共建可持續」及「教育新生代」三大主題，分享了他們的真知灼見。
專家們探討了如何利用竹子替代塑料，並推廣可持續發展的理念。竹子作為一種可再生資源，具備多項環保優勢，能有效減少塑料使用，對於實現更可持續的未來具有重要意義。

Last year, BIL had the privilege of participating in the "Bamboo and Sustainable Forum," organized by Hang Seng University of Hong Kong in collaboration with the Federation of Hong Kong Industries (FHKI), . The forum centered around the theme “Bamboo Reimagined”, “Partnership in Sustainability Reimagined” and “Education Reimagined”
The discussions highlighted the potential of bamboo as a viable alternative to plastic, emphasizing its role in promoting sustainable development on a global scale. Experts shared valuable perspectives on how bamboo can contribute to a more sustainable future, encouraging attendees to recognize its advantages.
We hope that increased awareness of bamboo's benefits will inspire more individuals and organizations to embrace sustainable practices, paving the way for a greener planet.
