Question 2: How long does it normally take to complete a modular house?

Once the design, technical specification and order have been confirmed, the indicative timeline is:

Production by the selected partner factory: 30–45 working days;

International shipping: approximately 50–60 days;

Customs clearance and delivery to the customer’s address: approximately 4–7 days;

For a turnkey project, on-site installation and finishing normally require an additional 2–3 weeks.

For experienced DIY buyers and dealers arranging their own assembly, the usual timeframe from order confirmation to delivery is approximately 3.5–4.5 months.

For retail customers requiring a turnkey service coordinated by IEMODU, the complete project will normally take approximately 4–5.5 months.

Actual times depend on the building size, customisation, material availability, shipping route, customs clearance, weather, site access and installation conditions. Planning, building-control procedures, foundations and utility connections must be assessed separately and may extend the overall project schedule.

IEMODU is an Irish-registered trading and supply-coordination company with people based in China and Ireland. We coordinate partner suppliers, order progress, international shipping, delivery and local installation resources. We are not the manufacturer.
