I started Cills.ie after watching the same problem happen over and over on sites across Ireland.

A trade would order window sills based on a sketch. Or a WhatsApp message. Or a measurement they were pretty sure was right. The cill would arrive, and it would be wrong. Not by much. But enough.

Enough to mean it could not be fitted. Enough to mean a reorder. Enough to mean a delay that cost the whole job momentum.

The frustrating part was that it was not anyone's fault. Sketches get misread. Messages lose context. Dimensions that made sense on a drawing do not always translate to what is needed on a real wall with a real EWI system on it.

So we built something to fix it.

For complex bay cills, the old measurement system wasn’t giving our manufacturer enough to work with. Reorders. Delays. Frustration on site.
So we fixed it.
