تُعلن حكومة الهند عبر المجلس الهندي للعلاقات الثقافية (ICCR) عن فتح باب التقديم لمنح دراسية ممولة للطلاب الدوليين ضمن برنامج India-Africa Maitri Scholarship لمتابعة الدراسات العليا في الجامعات والمعاهد الهندية.

What is the Purpose for using Computer ?

Computer has been recognized as the most life changing and successful invention solving problems in human life.
for Example :

- In Education sector, teaching and learning reached new highs after started using computers in our life. We can find answers virtually on any subjects in a moment, and can communicate this information to number of ways in real time. Needless to say, we can see every educational institution has interaction of students with computers and most of them are equipped with smart class rooms.

- In Medicine sector ,Computers provide potential for improving the effectiveness of medical care. It uses storing data of hospital such as patient data and medical information. Doctors and nurses can access to this data easier which resulted in decreasing the process of time. In addition, many operations are no longer manually perform, rather computers are used to manage these tasks.

- In Utility Facilities sector ,Computer also facilitate comfort to our life and provides convenience. For transportation, it facilitate the way people travel. Airways, Roadways and waterways uses computers to control their operation. It saves time and relieve severity of traveling difficulties.

- In Business sector ,Computers have become essential business tools. They are used in every aspect of a company's operations, including product creation, marketing, accounting and administration. It is critical that business owners take the time to choose the right computers, software and peripherals for their organization. Given the diversity of modern technology, from smartphones and tablets to large desktop systems, the choice of the best tech for your business can be daunting.

What is Computer?
A computer is a programmable electronic device that accepts raw data as input and processes it with a set of instructions (a program) to produce the result as output. It renders output just after performing mathematical and logical operations and can save the output for future use. It can process numerical as well as non-numerical calculations. The term "computer" is derived from the Latin word "computare" which means to calculate.
A computer is designed to execute applications and provides a variety of solutions through integrated hardware and software components. It works with the help of programs and represents the decimal numbers through a string of binary digits. It also has a memory that stores the data, programs, and result of processing. The components of a computer such as machinery that includes wires, transistors, circuits, hard disk are called hardware. Whereas, the programs and data are called software.
It is believed that the Analytical Engine was the first computer which was invented by Charles Babbage in 1837. It used punch cards as read-only memory. Charles Babbage is also known as the father of the computer.
A computer is a machine that can be programmed to carry out sequences of arithmetic or logical operations (computation) automatically. Modern digital electronic computers can perform generic sets of operations known as programs. These programs enable computers to perform a wide range of tasks. A computer system is a nominally complete computer that includes the hardware, operating system (main software), and peripheral equipment needed and used for full operation. This term may also refer to a group of computers that are linked and function together, such as a computer network or computer cluster.
ما هو الكمبيوتر؟
الكمبيوتر هو جهاز إلكتروني قابل للبرمجة يقبل البيانات الأولية كمدخلات ويعالجها بمجموعة من التعليمات (برنامج) لإنتاج النتيجة كمخرجات. فهو يعرض المخرجات مباشرة بعد إجراء العمليات الحسابية والمنطقية ويمكنه حفظ المخرجات لاستخدامها في المستقبل. يمكنه معالجة الحسابات الرقمية وغير الرقمية. مصطلح "الكمبيوتر" مشتق من الكلمة اللاتينية "computare" والتي تعني الحساب.
تم تصميم الكمبيوتر لتنفيذ التطبيقات وتوفير مجموعة متنوعة من الحلول من خلال مكونات الأجهزة والبرامج المتكاملة. وهو يعمل بمساعدة البرامج ويمثل الأرقام العشرية من خلال سلسلة من الأرقام الثنائية. كما يحتوي على ذاكرة تقوم بتخزين البيانات والبرامج ونتائج المعالجة. تسمى مكونات الكمبيوتر مثل الآلات التي تتضمن الأسلاك والترانزستورات والدوائر والقرص الصلب بالأجهزة. حيث أن البرامج والبيانات تسمى البرمجيات.
ويعتقد أن المحرك التحليلي هو أول جهاز كمبيوتر اخترعه تشارلز باباج في عام 1837. وكان يستخدم البطاقات المثقوبة كذاكرة للقراءة فقط. يُعرف تشارلز باباج أيضًا باسم والد الكمبيوتر.
الكمبيوتر عبارة عن آلة يمكن برمجتها لتنفيذ تسلسلات من العمليات الحسابية أو المنطقية (الحساب) تلقائيًا. يمكن لأجهزة الكمبيوتر الإلكترونية الرقمية الحديثة إجراء مجموعات عامة من العمليات المعروفة باسم البرامج. تمكن هذه البرامج أجهزة الكمبيوتر من أداء مجموعة واسعة من المهام. نظام الكمبيوتر هو جهاز كمبيوتر كامل اسميًا يشتمل على الأجهزة ونظام التشغيل (البرنامج الرئيسي) والمعدات الطرفية اللازمة والمستخدمة للتشغيل الكامل. قد يشير هذا المصطلح أيضًا إلى مجموعة من أجهزة الكمبيوتر المرتبطة ببعضها البعض وتعمل معًا، مثل شبكة الكمبيوتر أو مجموعة أجهزة الكمبيوتر.
