We are seeking a dynamic individual with a technical background to join our team as a !

Requirements:
➡ Minimum 2 Years Experience
➡ Completed training as a Diploma or Bachelor in Mechanical/Mechatronics or comparable training with a technical background.
➡ Good knowledge of cutting tool and tool holding technology is mandatory.
➡ Good knowledge about CNC/VMC/Manufacturing process is mandatory.
➡ Experience about the metalworking industry is an advantage.
➡ Experience about CAD/CAM will be added advantage.
➡ Sound knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10, MS-SQL Server/databases required, with Oracle Server/databases an advantage
➡ Good command over Regional & English Language.
➡ Good leadership and team working skills.

Responsibilities:
➡ Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns.
➡ Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
➡ Promptly following up on service request and providing customer feedback.
➡ Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
➡ Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
➡ Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.
➡ Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.
➡ Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed.
