Three storey residential building. Conceptual Design by C-Tech Construction Group- Myanmar
This three-story residential building is designed to offer comfort and convenience to its inhabitants. The land plot on which it stands measures 40'x60', providing ample space for the building and other facilities.
The main building measures 32'x31', and it includes five bedrooms, making it an ideal choice for a large family. The total floor area is 3700 sq.ft., ensuring that everyone has enough space to move around.
At the front of the building, there is a two-car porch that measures 1ft in height, making it easier to park low clearance vehicles. The porch also provides a shaded area where you can relax outdoors. There are two doors at the front fence, a small one for people's entrance and a big one for cars.
Inside the building, the ground floor comprises the two-car porch, a terrace, a living and dining room, a bedroom with a bath & W.C., a kitchen, and a common bath & W.C. This floor is designed to provide a comfortable living space for the family.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with baths & W.C., a maid room, and an open space with a pergola at the front. This space is perfect for family barbeques and relaxation.
The second floor includes two bedrooms with baths and W.C., a shrine room with a veranda, and ample space for other purposes.
On the roof floor, there is an overhead water tank that provides a constant supply of water. Solar panels are installed on the stair roof slab to reduce the building's carbon footprint.
