A 6 months baby was dëf!led 😭
I saw a video that broke my heart. Imagine the kind of p@in The innocent child is going through

It showed a six-month-old baby being hurt in a terrible way😭😞😭😭

The video shocked me so deeply that I cried for almost an hour. I couldn’t believe something so evil could happen to an innocent child.

I don’t normally share things like this, but I couldn’t stay silent. If a baby isn’t safe, then no child is truly safe.

This is a wake-up call for all of us to watch our children/ siblings closely, protect them, listen to them, and stay alert.

May something this painful never happen to any of our children or siblings again. My heart is heavy, but speaking up may help protect another child.

Thank you Agu Nwa 001 for coming to rescue this innocent baby. Chukwu gozie gi 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Can You Be Jailed for Debt?
What the Law Says (Episode 58)

There is a long-standing fear in Nigeria that a person who owes money can be thrown into prison simply because the creditor is tired of waiting. The law does not support that belief. In Nigeria, you cannot be imprisoned merely for owing a debt. A loan, an unpaid balance or any civil debt does not amount to a crime and the police have no authority to arrest a citizen for a purely civil obligation.

However, this is only the beginning of what the law actually says. While owing money is not a criminal offence, a debtor may still face serious consequences once the matter gets to court and a judgment is entered. The law draws a clear line between imprisonment for debt, which is not allowed, and imprisonment for disobeying a lawful court order, which is allowed. When a court gives a judgment directing repayment and the judgment debtor refuses to obey further lawful orders made during enforcement, the court can commit that person to prison for contempt. This punishment is not for owing money but for disregarding the authority of the court.

Another dimension that many people overlook is the power of the court to attach and sell the judgment debtor’s property to satisfy the judgment debt. Once a creditor obtains judgment, the creditor has a right to apply for various enforcement mechanisms. One of the most common and effective methods is attachment and sale of the debtor’s movable or immovable property. The law allows the court to order the seizure and sale of such property in order to liquidate the judgment debt. In such cases, the debtor may lose valuable assets, not because owing is a crime, but because the court is enforcing a lawful judgment.

So the full legal position is this. You cannot be jailed simply for owing a debt in Nigeria. You can, however, be jailed for refusing to obey a lawful court order made during judgment enforcement. And even where imprisonment is not used, the court can still order the sei

Fēar girls 🤦‍♂️🙆‍♂️🚶
I just met my ex and she was kīssing her new boyfriend in front of me, I was watching them and she saw me then she kīssed him more and asked me what I was doing there. I told her my wife is prēgnant and l am here to buy baby stuffs andl am very very happy. I spoke as if she asked how i was feeling. I proceeded in the store as she was looking at me, I bought 3 buckets, diapers, a baby seat and a baby bed with sponge with soaps then I called a taxi and left. She and her boyfriend were looking at me and I felt good. Now, my issue is; if you know any woman who has given birth, I am selling buckets, diapers, baby seat, soaps and sponge. Please HELP me, I was supposed to go and pay our compound electricity bill with the money 🥲😔🤦‍♂️

In the military, three things matter most: respect, loyalty, and obeying the last order from your oga.

Did you notice when Lieutenant Yarima was talking to Wike, his hands were in his pockets? 😏
But the moment he collected the phone to speak with the CDS, he immediately stood at attention, even though the CDS wasn’t physically there.

That’s discipline and integrity in full display. 💪
He didn’t care about Wike because he’s an officer with training, pride, Integrity, and professionalism.

Now the real battle is Wike versus all military generals in Nigeria, both past and present.
How will he survive this one? 🤔

And wait o, who else noticed that Wike is using iPhone 17 Ebonyi Kelvin

Me: Barrister, i and my wife got married in catholic church and they gave us one White paper as marriage certificate that carries Nigeria Logo on it.

My friend told me that it's court marriage papers and i can't get married to anothet woman without divorcing the first one

Now, GOD has blessed me financially and am not having issue with my wife and i have no intention to send her away pls

But i want to another wife for future purpose, so i can have children to send errand at my old age, when the ones i have now have grown up and go far away from home to live their own life

So my question is this.

Do we go back to the church where the marriage took place, to process the divorce and end the marriage?

Or can we just have a written agreement to end the marriage and sign on it to show understanding and agreement from both party?
