❗ After listening closely to the feedback from the Deeper community, we've decided to roll back the sonar resolution upgrade introduced in the April-May update and return Quest sonar to the experience users know and trust.

IMPORTANT:
• Lock Position (GPS Anchoring),
• Programmable Controller Buttons, and
• Satellite Maps
will remain available. ✅

We'll continue to develop and refine the enhanced sonar resolution feature before bringing it back in a future release – free for all Quest owners, as usual. 🫡

Thank you to everyone who shared feedback and helped us improve Quest. More details coming soon. 🚤

Mission accomplished: the QUEST update fix starts rolling out today! ⚓

After a thorough investigation, we identified the issues that affected the sonar visual data quality of some boats, and we’re thrilled to announce that the updated software version will soon be available for all iOS and Android users. Check the App Store or Google Play for Fish Deeper to update your QUEST!

Important notes:

🟩 iOS users can update their software now (v2.3.2), while it may take up to a week for the latest version to be available for Android users (v2.3.4)
🟩 Once you update the app, we recommend doing a boat firmware update while you're at home. Simply connect to the boat with the FishDeeper app and it will initiate the update
🟩 Please calibrate your magnetometer after the update to make sure it functions to its full potential. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected]
