Sutton Tech Update
Over the last year I (Joe) being full time I have built over 50 custom computers and NASs. And I couldn’t be prouder of what Sutton Tech is enabling our clients to do.
In the last few months sales have been very quiet and so Sutton Tech will be changing.
So that Sutton Tech can continue, I have gone back to employment in the software industry, so I can provide for my family and continue to run Sutton Tech on the side. (Sutton Tech operated this way before I went full time in September 2021)
This means that I will not be able to answer my phone during business hours and Sutton Tech will not be able to offer technical support within businesses hours. The best way to contact Sutton Tech is via email at [email protected] and I will respond when I can.
All existing clients with support contracts have been contacted and arrangement made for their support to continue via a sub-contractor during business hours.
Sutton Tech will continue to offer custom built workstations, servers (NASs) and remote working but the turnaround delivery time is likely to increase from our default 2 weeks.
Warranties on existing workstations and NAS are still valid and honoured.
This does not mean Sutton Tech is closing or planning on closing, it is just going back to being a side business. If you have any questions or concerns, I am happy to answer them.
