A big rebuild, and an awesome result!!
Great to be involved in this one.

This house sold last year “as is, where is”. Bought by Katherine and Terry Williams, it was stripped back to the framework and completely rebuilt.

🏗️ At Raylight Aluminium, every project tells a story — and few are as inspiring as Christchurch’s Cardboard Cathedral: a bold symbol of resilience and creativity built after the 2011 earthquakes.

Raylight not only supplied the ground-level joinery, but also designed and constructed the complex Rose Window — arguably the building’s most striking feature. This 17-metre-wide triangular masterpiece was engineered and assembled in sections at our factory before being craned into place, where it now captures the light by day and glows brilliantly at night.
