Napier ITM

Old store ➡️ new store. The move is complete!

We managed to get packed up and moved over to the new store in 2 days thanks to the staff and our crew of helpers who absolutely smashed it.

A massive thank you to all the hands we had on deck for the move - you're a bunch of legends! 💛

Everyone put in a huge effort and gave up a chunk of their long weekend to pack, lift, carry and sort, and it's a big relief to have it all done.

Bring on Tuesday when we get to welcome our first customers through the brand new Napier ITM store. Same team, same products and service, in a brand new space. We can’t wait.

That's what we like to see 😎☀️🤘

It's looking like a no-excuses long weekend!

In fact, our official builder's forecast 🧐 predicts patches of raised garden bed builds across the region, with scattered fence repairs and a few early starters already out the gate by 7am.

A high-pressure system of finished decks will move in from the east in the afternoon, with patches of fresh stain and some isolated pergola activity. Sawdust levels are expected to be high.

From noon onwards, a cold one 🍺 or two 🍻 are likely to make their way into a few hands as a result of the sunny conditions. Tool belts will be hung up, with a chance of a barbie developing in most backyards as we head into the evening.

Meanwhile, our Napier ITM crew will be making the most of the good weather - finishing our move into the brand new store. 🚚📦

Have a great long weekend, Hawke’s Bay!

You get your timber from us, but where do we get it from? 🪵🪓

We use multiple timber suppliers, from Laminated Beams, Structural Timber, Landscaping Timber, Finishing Timbers and everything in between, all ordered well in advance so we can keep on top of future orders.

Knowing where it's from means you know what you're building with.
Got a timber question? 🤔 Ask below and we'll see you right.

A quick site update from the new store 🏗️

Work on this site started back in February and since then, it’s been all go! After months of hard work, we are stoked to see the brand new Napier ITM finally starting to take shape.

Owner Adrian has been amazed witnessing the progress.
‘All of a sudden, you think “there’s no way we’re gonna be in there in two weeks”, and then it’s all sort of pulled together!’

There's still a bit of work to do before we open in two weeks; we’ve got yard concrete going down, interior racking going up, the shop floor being ground, plumbers fitting off, fencing going in and our large pole shed is under construction.

We wouldn't have made it this far without Coresteel Buildings Hawkes Bay and the Corebuild Group putting in the hard yards and taking care of logistics every day. Thanks, team 🤝

We're really looking forward to opening this space. More updates to come!

We've got a new team member... and it's an absolute unit. 💪🚛

No, it doesn't drink coffee or take lunch breaks, but it does lift the heavy stuff......

Our latest truck is officially on the road, delivering for us and East Coast Frame & Truss right across Hawke's Bay.

Keep an eye out for the new wheels and give us a wave if you see it out and about, we'll see you right. 💛🖤

How good does this look! 👏

The first loads of frames have arrived for our new ITM store office, proudly supplied by our very own East Coast Frame & Truss.

It's great to see the project taking shape while supporting local and using the expertise within our own network. A fantastic effort from the East Coast Frame & Truss team, we can't wait to see it all come together!

Stay tuned for more updates as the build progresses. 🔨

This week’s Sponsor Shoutout goes to Adrian Mooney and the fantastic team at Napier ITM!

Without the support of our sponsors, our club simply wouldn’t exist. Adrian is a great supporter of Napier Marist Football Club, and we’re incredibly grateful for his continued generosity and commitment to our club.

So if you’re looking for quality building supplies and great service, make sure you pop in and see Adrian and the crew at Napier ITM, they’ll be sure to look after you 🔨💚🤍

Big strides on the new Napier ITM store over the past few weeks! As we are mere days away from July, so hard to believe!! Time is absolutely flying and it won’t be long until we’re all completed by the end of the year. 🙌

You can almost start to picture the crew behind the counter already. And if you squint hard enough… you can definitely see Adrian behind the counter hammering the keyboard running the joint 🤣

Big shoutout to everyone on site, plenty happening, plenty of progress, and we’re so pumped.
