G & J Hardware & Construction Supply is looking for a responsible, organized, hardworking, and detail-oriented Admin Staff to join our team.

📌 QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Business Administration, Office Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
*Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
*Good communication and interpersonal skills
*Organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
*Able to handle documents, records, and administrative tasks
*Willing to learn and work as part of a team
Can work with minimal supervision

📋 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
*Perform general administrative and clerical duties
*Encode and maintain company records and documents
*Prepare and organize reports, invoices, purchase orders, and other office documents
*Assist in monitoring sales, inventory, deliveries, and daily transactions
*Maintain proper filing of documents and records
*Coordinate with customers, suppliers, drivers, and other personnel when necessary
*Perform other duties assigned by management
